Stephen C. Maude, age 81, of Shelton entered into rest on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at his home.

He was born in Springfield, MA on July 27, 1943 son of the late William and Rita (Lester) Maude and was a Shelton resident for most of his life. Stephen received his Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of New Haven. He worked in the security industry for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and flying his airplane with his late wife Cathy. They especially enjoyed trips to Block Island.

Stephen was the beloved father of Stephen K. Maude and Warren A. Maude and his wife Monica and the loving grandfather of Wyatt Maude. He was predeceased by his brother Roger Maude.

Friends may call on Friday from 3 pm to 5 pm at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd. Shelton, His funeral service will follow at 5 pm in the funeral home.
