Graduation Information

It is amazing what is turning up in various places after all these years!  Gloria Laks sent me the Information Pages for graduates.  This two page document really laid out the law for us.  In addition to the still common prohibition of cameras, there were to be no children, especially babies, and everyone had to stay seated (and quiet) during the whole ceremony.  I think what I found rather surprising was the final paragraph directed toward students who had jobs.  If you  had a job, you were to inform your employer that graduation rehearsals took precedent over work.  I wonder how well that went over in the work place?  Did anyone run into this issue? My husband, the retired guidance counselor, didn't think this would be a problem, but I still wondered if it was for any of you.  Opinions welcomed on this!  Use the What's New page to join in the discussion.
