A sweetheart of a guy. His smile and eyes say it all.

My condolences to Richard's family. Although we weren't friends I do remember him. That smile is one you could never forget. God Bless Richard and his family. Dennis Watkins

Much empathy going out for the loss of classmate Richard Carpentier....he might have been in my home room?  Love, Linda

I was deeply saddened to learn of Richard's passing. We maintained a friendship for several years after graduation as we were each best man for each other's wedding. "Dick's" family was always very welcoming to me and we shared a lot of good times during our early bachlerhood. Regretfully, we had lost touch with each other over the years. My sincerest sympathies to his family.

Richard was a really nice guy.  I am very sorry to hear that he is no longer with us.

I agree with all the comments so far. He was a very warm person with a great smile for just about anyone he met. I think it would be a great tribute if someone (or several people) who knew him after Central, to fill-in his personal information in the "profile section" including a possible obituary. I feel bad that I lost contact with him after graduation and would like to know more of his life  afterwards! I hope he had a happy life-

I am deeply saddened by Richard's passing.  I knew him from probably the age of 2.  We kind of lost touch after my family moved away from the neighborhood and our lives got busier. My deepest condolences to his family.
