The Bridgeport Post, Monday, September 10, 1962:  Car Flips in Canada, B.R. Bleier Killed

Barry Roger Bleier, 19, son of Mr.and Mrs. Bert Bleier, 69 East Thorme St, a New York University student, was killed when his car left the highway and overturned several times Saturday night near Sussex, New Brunswick, Canada, the Associated Press reported.  Police said the youth’s car left the Trans-Canada highway near Sussex and overturned several times.  He had been driving alone to visit Mr. and Mrs. Harry Cohen at Moncton, N.B.  Services will take place tomorrow at 2 pm at the A.L. Green funeral home, 927  Grand Street with Rabbi Max N. Schreier, of Congregation Ahavas Achim, officiating.  Burial will be in Ahavas Achim cemetery, Fairfield.  Surviving, in addition to his parents, are several cousins.
