MaryAnne was a childhood friend, we grew up in the shadow of St Patrick's church, in the "North End" of Bridgeport and attended READ School together with many of our closest friends and classmates within that immediate area. It is coincidental that her future husband, Vincent,  was a mentor of sorts and helped me get to college each day by picking me up each mourning along with the future Dr Ken Maiocco and an additional student , whose name escapes me,  to get us all to our classes at Fairfield University. I extend my condolensces to MaryAnne's family and offer a prayer for comfort.
